Patrick Solberg is an Illinois based Biometric Privacy and Employment Law Attorney with many years of experience in consumer protection class actions. His Experience includes serving as lead counsel on numerous class actions involving data breaches, BIPA, FHA insured mortgages, right of publicity cases, and telecommunications. Patrick enjoys working closely with clients and takes pride in the results he has achieved for them.
Prior to his class action work, Patrick had the privilege of representing the State of Illinois as an Assistant Attorney General. There, he obtained substantial courtroom experience on a variety of issues, representing state officials and state agencies in both state and federal court. He also successfully defended the constitutionality of state statutes.
Patrick earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign. After graduating, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law. Patrick is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois, the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In his free time, you might find Patrick running through a park, or at a sports field with his wife, cheering on their kids.
